Additionally, I received three certifications as a Notary Signing Agent from the National Notary Association, NSA Blueprint, and Notary2Pro. I proudly maintain my memberships with the NNA, NSA Blueprint, and Notary2Pro which enables me to stay current with rules, laws, new technology and the like through continuing education. I also regularly engage in continuing education programs offered by Notary Stars, of which I am a member as well. I emphasize my proficiency and aim to provide the best closing experience possible for every signer.
To enhance my worth, I have partnered directly with DocuSign to harness their cutting-edge platform for eNotary and Remote Online Notary (RON) services. This fortifies my ability to seamlessly assist customers with executing secure document signings. This collaboration ensures streamlined and prompt loan closings by catering to the needs of my clients and their customers. My capabilities are further increased by a digital certificate I obtained from IndenTrust which allows me to offer eNotary and RON services across the numerous platforms available from which my clients or their customers may so choose.
Furthermore, I am proud to announce that I have successfully completed specialized training offered by EscrowTab and I earned my In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) Certification. Leveraging EscrowTab's cutting-edge proprietary software, the signing process has been streamlined for enhanced efficiency. This service is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who want to minimize paperwork during closings. With a tablet using IPEN, documents are electronically signed and securely stored in a digital vault, providing a permanent and efficient solution for the closing process. However, my commitment to convenience remains as I continue to provide mobile services to those who prefer in-person document signings at homes or other locations of choice within Maricopa County, Arizona.
With over three decades of Notary Public experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. Prior to my tenure as a Notary Trust Delivery Agent and a Notary Signing Agent, I was very successful as a certified electronic court reporter and certified legal transcriber for 15 years. As an independent contractor, I provided transcription services from the comfort of my home office for insurance companies. courts, and law firms which allowed me to balance work and family responsibilities. I kept my Notary Public Commission during this time as it was frequently needed by the people and businesses I was serving. Before venturing into freelance work, I dedicated my skills as a legal secretary and legal assistant to various law firms from 1981 through 1997. I began working from home in 1998 shortly after my daughter was born. Throughout these many years, I maintained my position as a trusted Notary Public, recognizing the importance of this official role in the legal profession, as a freelance worker, and now as a Notary Signing Agent and Notary Trust Delivery Agent.
